"The phenomenon of early marriage is one of the worst scourges afflicting the population of my diocese, which needs to be immediately stopped. The girls, even before birth, are destined to marry and parents, once born, do not allow them to go to school so that they do not have any external contacts. It is a very serious problem. To help this segment of the population we are planning a college for these children, where they could be guaranteed, in addition to education, true "freedom" from this slavery."
