Sir Ghulam Hussain Hidayatullah KCSI (Urdu: غلام حسین هدايت الله ‎, Sindhi: غلام حسين هدايت الله‎; January 1879 – 4 October 1948) was a Pakistani politician from Sindh. He held several offices in Sindh including 1st Chief Minister (1937–1938) and being re-elected as 5th Chief Minister (1942–1947).
