"Ronnie was so enthusiastic, and he could play instruments which Ozzy couldn't play, so it was easy to communicate with him, and for him to communicate musically with us. That enthusiasm gives us all a kick up the bum."

"Ronnie was one of the nicest people you could ever meet, we had some fantastic times together. Ronnie loved what he did, making music and performing on stage. He loved his fans so much. He was a kind man and would put himself out to help others. I can honestly say it's truly been an honor to play at his side for all these years. His music will live on forever."

"I can't remember exactly when I heard Ronnie's voice, but I do know that the first time I did hear it, it was just like an electric shock, a bolt of lightning, because this voice had so much power and so much character and so much energy and so much of everything that makes a great singer. (...) If ever a man was a rock god, for me, it will always be Ronnie James Dio."

"He's a great musician, and that's one of the things about him that people probably don't realize. Yes, obviously, he was one of the greatest singers of all time, but he knew music. He played trumpet, he was a bass player as well, he could play guitar, and he had a great musical mind and a great musical catalog inside of him. He had so much to draw on that musically he was very, very, very, very capable. And just great instincts. As a musician, there was never any question that he was able to stand on his own with anybody."

"Whenever you dream, You're holding the key, It opens the door To let you be free."

"Don't look behind 'Cause a tear that never dries Can only make you blind."

"There's perfect harmony In the rising and the falling of the sea. And as we sail along, I never fail to be astounded by The things we'll do for promises And a song."

"Most dreams are made of glass, You throw just one stone, And then there goes your last window."

"When I see lightning — you know it always brings me down 'Cause it's free and I see that it's me Who's lost and never found."

"Each day you hear the sand as it moves and whispers, Come and sail on my golden sea, Maybe one day you'll be just like me, And that's free."

"We always seem to begin or end in Philadelphia, it's the best place to start and the best place to stop. You're fantastic. My favorite place. Thank you!"

"It's the same old song, You've gotta be somewhere at sometime, And they never let you fly. It's like broken glass, You get cut before you see it, So open up your eyes."

"Maybe if we cry together, Maybe if we cry as one, The tears that fall could kill the fire And keep everyone From Atom and Evil."

"Let me go! I've seen religion, But the light has left me blind. Take me back! I must have the Bible Black."

"Hey, hey, what I'm sayin' is - Do it to me one more time. Oh, give you one more chance, This heart of mine. Do it to me one more time, baby. Can't get enough of your love!"

"The laughter came When the tears stopped falling. Now all I do is just call your name (When I say lover) You walked in and my heart discovered That my life would never be the same. Oh, you are my destiny. You are my one and only. You gave that joy to me When my whole life was lonely."

"It's time to start believing — Oh yes. Believing who you are: You are a shining star."

"Here we are out here, me and you. Reaching out to each other Is all that we can do. Here we stand trying not to fall. There's no need to worry, Love will conquer all."

"I had a dream I had an awesome dream: People in the park playing games in the dark. And what they played was a masquerade. And from behind of walls of doubt a voice was crying out.Say you, say me. Say it for always, that's the way it should be. Say you, say me. Say it together, naturally."

"You are more than now; You are for always. I can see in you My dreams come true. Don't you ever go away. You make me feel like There's nothing I can't do. And when I hold you, I only want to say I love you."

"Hello! Is it me you're looking for? I can see it in your eyes. I can see it in your smile. You're all I've ever wanted And my arms are open wide. 'Cause you know just what to say. And you know just what to do. And I want to tell you so much; I love you."

"We were running with the night; Playing in the shadows. Just you and I, Till the morning light."

"What is happening here? Something is going on That's not quite clear. Somebody turn on the light, We're gonna have a party. It's starting tonight.Oh, what a feeling! When we're dancing on the ceiling."

"Honey you came along and captured my heart Now my love is somewhere lost in your kiss When I'm all alone it's you that I miss Girl, a love like yours is hard to resist."

"Stuck on you. I've got this feeling down Deep in my soul That I just can't lose. Guess, I'm on my way. Needed a friend And the way I feel now I guess I'll be with you till the end Guess I'm on my way Mighty glad you stayed."

"You are the sun, You are the rain That makes my life this foolish game. You need to know I love you so. And I'd do it all again and again."

"Well, my friends, the time has come To raise the roof and have some fun. Throw away the work to be done. Let the music play on."

"Girl, tell me only this: That I'll have your heart for always. And you want me by your side, Whispering the words "I'll always love you.""

"You know sometimes I sit and wonder Just how this world would be If we had all the people laughing And everybody living in harmony. We'd have to say se la se la. Talking to the people se la, se la."

"Sail on down the line, About half a mile or so. And I don't really wanna know ah Where you're going. Maybe once or twice you see Time after time I tried Hold on to what we got. But now you're going And I don't mind."

"People dancing all in the street See the rhythm all in their feet Life is good, wild and sweet. Let the music play on (play on, play on) Feel it in your heart And feel it in your soul Let the music take control."

"You mean the world to me Oh I know I've found in you My endless love."

"I wanna be high, so high. I wanna be free to know The things I do are right. I wanna be free, Just me, babe! That's why I'm easy. I'm easy like Sunday morning."

"We played the games that people play We made our mistakes along the way. Somehow I know deep in my heart You needed me."

"And love and, love I'll be a fool For you, I'm sure. You know I don't mind..."

"I've been through so many changes in my life woman It's a wonder I ain't lost my mind And I ain't never said how much I need you sugar But I sho' need you by my side.My love, just thinking about you baby Just blows my mind."

"I need you, and with your love I'm free And truly, you know you're alright with me."

"Thanks for the times That you've given me. The memories are all in my mind. And now that we've come To the end of our rainbow, There's something I must say out loud. You're once, twice Three times a lady."

"My love, There's only you in my life The only thing that's right. My first love, (yeah) You're every breath that I take You're every step I make."

"Your eyes, your eyes They tell me how much you care Ooh yes, you will always be My endless love."

"Two hearts, Two hearts that beat as one Our lives have just begun."

"I am the blues I am the blues The whole world knows I've been mistreated and misused."

"According to Biblical history and all of the history of the world, the blues was built in man from the beginning. The first thing that came out of man is the blues because, according to the Scriptures, when God made man, man was lonesome and blue."

"That's the reason I always say about music, the blues are the roots and the other musics are the fruits. Without the roots, you have no fruits so it's better keeping the roots alive because it means better fruits from now on."

"The blues is the roots; everything else is the fruits."

"Some people think they've got religion, they've got the blues."

"7 min or less - ur not late, 7-10 "sorry", 10-20 "SO sorry!", 20-30 "i am truly ashamed", over 30 min late - fake ur own death"

"a writer once asked what I'd say if i ever met my biggest hater. I paused, thought deeply and said, "probably 'suk a dog dik, motherfuker'""
