"The period I'm going through now is a transition. You know when you're in the middle of puberty and you don't know what to do with yourself? And then you go into a house where there isn't a great light and one object and you could sit there all your life studying it, and one discovery about the object would give birth to the next, and it would be totally fulfilling. Right now my life is cluttered and you can't run away from it. If I weren't attached to this body I would have left it long ago."
