Note: Stewie has, via a simulation, become ruler of the world. He gets into a huge battle with Lois in the Oval Office. Lois, however, drops her gun when she realizes that even though Stewie is evil, she cannot harm her own son. Stewie thus tries to kill Lois, but is shot by Peter. Since this is just a simulation however, death is not canon.
