This morning I visited Rwamabondo HCIII and there was a building that was constructed by Kibatsi Development Association, but the verandah has been destroyed yet there is leadership around and they are not bothered at all. People think that there is no government, please Government starts with you. Maintain every project that is brought to you by the Government. Recently I was at Kitondo H/CII and I observed that the ceiling of that building around there was made of plywood which cannot even last for two years, this is normally done by the constructors due to connivance and lack of supervision by our leaders who are on ground. Stop misusing Government funds. I call upon every leader at whatever level to do your work and role so that we can leave a legacy for our people."
