After that Pittsburgh World Series was the time Mickey cried. He sat in his locker and the big tears were coming down his cheeks. I know just what he was going through. There were several of us who weren't feeling too good at the time. For me to see that, coming from a man like that, that meant a lot to me. He was hurt by that World Series there. He just shook his head. He didn't say anything derogatory toward the Pirates. It was just that we should have won that World Series. That's what he felt badly about. We all did. It was a downer."
