The final structure... the "Civil Engineering Arrow" [Pavilian of Civil Engineering], was a spectacular thin wall... cantilever beam... a bold impression of equilibrium and "tour de force". [They] received the 1962 Construction Practice Award for their "Arrow". ...dismantled in 1970."
