Note: It has become far more established a norm to post quotes with relationships to the dates, and after today, I will be moving I have now moved this to 2 alternative dates 18 July which is Mandela's birthday, and in slightly extended form to the date of its delivery 10 December, which happens to be "Human Rights Day", and the anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
