"Clinical characteristics: Celiac disease is a common systemic that can develop in genetically susceptible individuals as a response to dietary . Classical celiac disease, characterized by prominent gastrointestinal symptoms, is less common than non-classical celiac disease, characterized by mild or absent gastrointestinal symptoms.
