"I’ve always just taken it one position at a time, I did think that it would be incredibly cool to be a mayor because I really enjoyed the work at City Hall, but my kids were ages 5 and 8 at that time, though they really enjoyed my job at the mayor’s office. We did a lot of cool things, and they had a lot of fun with me when I was deputy mayor."
