"Indeed, we are now halfway through our legislative term, and this is a particularly opportune time to take stock. Our primary concern at the beginning of the legislative term was to rehabilitate the various infrastructures that were in a lamentable state. Extensive renovation work has been carried out, particularly on the painting, the sanitary facilities, the Members' Reception Center, certain offices, and the Sessions Hall. We have just completed, just before the opening of this Ordinary Session, all the tiling work in the Palace."
