At that time, a rather inconspicuous meeting of the Lithuanian, Russian, Ukrainian, Belarusian businessmen and chemical enterprises’ heads took place in Budapest. We came to the conclusion that reviving the chemical industry is worth the sweat. Was our decision risky? Absolutely."
