In 1928, 36 per cent... was for housing—in 1935... 17 per cent... Fascism means slums and overcrowding! But "public works" leapt from 31 per cent... in 1928 to 68 per cent... in 1935. These " public works" are NOT schools, s and libraries—it's easier to burn books than build libraries—but barracks, aerodromes and fortifications.
