"We need to urgently establish a comprehensive and modernized cancer treatment and research facility that meets international standards. With Mongolia's expanding foreign relations, we intend to advance this project through international cooperation and not rely solely on the State Budget. Cancer incidence is increasing each year, and without the timely completion of this facility, the World Health Organization estimates that cancer rates in Mongolia will double by 2040."
