Sokhna Benga

Sokhna Benga (born 12 December 1967, in Dakar) is a Senegalese, an author of novels, scripts, kids' books and play. She was born in 1967 in Dakar. She comes from a Muslim family of six children. Her father is a journalist and her mother a chief cashier. She studied Law at the universities of Dakar and Brest in the early-mid 1990s, specialising in Maritime Law (DESS Droit des activités maritimes).
