Mbiganyi Charles Tibone

Mbiganyi Charles Tibone is a motswana politician and a member of Botswana Democratic Party (BDP). He went ot University of Botswana and oxford Univesiry. He was elected to the National Assembly in the October 2004 general election from the Tati West constituency and he is a former Minister of Minerals, Energy and Water Resources.
