Sachal Sarmast
Sachal Sarmast (1739 – 11 April 1827) (Sindhi: سچلُ سرمستُ, Urdu: سچل سرمست), born Abdul Wahab Farooqi (Urdu: عبد الوہاب فاروقی) was a Sufi poet from Sindh in modern-day Pakistan. He was a great saint, a mystic poet, a philosopher and one of the towering personalities produced by Sindh (modern day in Pakistan). He was known by his nicknames "Sachal" or "Sachoo".
