"Another experience that ignited my passion was from the time I spent working with a seed funding company from 2015 to 2018. I had the opportunity to sit on panels, review pitch decks, and visit different seed investing companies. I noticed that women were notably absent, and it bothered me a lot because the higher I went on the corporate ladder, the fewer women I saw."
