"[first lines] Now there goes a salesman. He trades me out of a perfectly good, grade A, homogenized Holstein cow, and for what? Three stupid beans! Jack, you're a jerk."
"So, a fine kettle of fish! Here I work myself to the skin and bones trying to get this guy to sleep, and what do you do? Blow whistles! Just when I got things so quiet you could hear a pin drop, you bust in here and bust out with a whistle, and you snafu the whole works! How in the name of all that's reasonable do you expect a guy to get his slumber when a goof like you goes around making noises like a one-man Fourth of July celebration? He needs peace and quiet! It's positively outrageous!"
"[last lines] Noisy little character, isn't he!"
"Sportsman? Listen, sport! You don't know the meaning of fair play! What chance has a poor helpless fluffy little winged creature like me against you? [taking away each item from Elmer as he mentions it] You, with your bullets, and your shotgun, and your knife, and your duck call, and your hunting coat, and your hunting dog, and all kinds of stuff like that there! What protection have I got? A bulletproof vest, I suppose! [parts his feathers to reveal just that] Heh-heh. How did that get there?"
"Someday, they'll outlaw this annual madness known as Rabbit Season. I just hope I'd still be in one piece so I could appreciate it."
"That's what I think! [Mimics Elmer's laugh]"
"How's about that, thinking he can hypnotize me? Ha! [Looks at his watch] Oh, I'm overdue at the airport. [He takes off and flies like an airplane] I'm the B-19."
"[last lines as he walks away] Ya know, someday, these scientists are gonna invent something that will "outsmart" a rabbit."

"[last lines] Obviously, I am dealing with inferior mentalities."

"Mel Blace - Bugs Bunny"
"No more classes, no more books, no more teachers dirty looks! Yahoo! Free summer vacation! Yahoo! Ya-Ya-Yahoo! Hey! Just an apple polishing minute! What is all this? Why, I haven't been in school, since I was a little bitty bunny... [hits a tree]"
"[as the scene changes back to the present day, where Bugs Bunny is laying next to a tree] I'm glad I'm not young anymore, but, ya know, I bet Elmer and I were the youngest people who ever start chasing each other. [notices the little Wile E Coyote chasing the unhatched Road Runner] I could be wrong, ya know!"
"Arthur Q. Bryan - Elmer Fuddle"
"Awfully unsporty of me, I know. But, what the hey! I gotta have some fun! And besides, it's really Duck Season."
"Arthur Q. Bryan - Elmer Fudd"

"[to Elmer] Say, what's the matter with you, anyway? Don't you even know a rabbit when ya see one?"
"Ya know something, Folks. This is the scariest part of the picture!"
"[narrating] It all began in a vast uncharted region of outer space, a whole flock of strange looking carrots drifting in space for billions of years were floating down toward the earth. But, I didn't know at the time, as far as I was concerned, it was just another typical day, except that I was late for work."

"Jim Cummings - Movie actor"
Young though he was, his radiant energy produced such an impression of absolute reliability that Hedgewar made him the first sarkaryavah, or general secretary, of the RSS.
- Gopal Mukund Huddar
Largely because of the influence of communists in London, Huddar's conversion into an enthusiastic supporter of the fight against fascism was quick and smooth. The ease with which he crossed from one worldview to another betrays the fact that he had not properly understood the world he had grown in.
Huddar would have been 101 now had he been alive. But then centenaries are not celebrated only to register how old so and so would have been and when. They are usually celebrated to explore how much poorer our lives are without them. Maharashtrian public life is poorer without him. It is poorer for not having made the effort to recall an extraordinary life.
I regret I was not there to listen to Balaji Huddar's speech [...] No matter how many times you listen to him, his speeches are so delightful that you feel like listening to them again and again.
By the time he came out of Franco's prison, Huddar had relinquished many of his old ideas. He displayed a worldview completely different from that of the RSS, even though he continued to remain deferential to Hedgewar and maintained a personal relationship with him.
