"I am a young leader from Tanganyika province. We regret the Constitutional Court's decision and condemn the behavior of Deputy Prime Minister Peter Kazadi. We oppose this decision; the members of parliament have met the demands of the people, but we do not understand why the court is reinstating the governor. We, the youth of Tanganyika, will march against this decision."
