Dmitri Antonovich Volkogonov (Russian: ΠΠΌΠΈΜΡΡΠΈΠΉ ΠΠ½ΡΠΎΜΠ½ΠΎΠ²ΠΈΡ ΠΠΎΠ»ΠΊΠΎΠ³ΠΎΜΠ½ΠΎΠ²) (22 March 1928 β 6 December 1995) was a Soviet/Russian historian and colonel general who was head of the Soviet military's psychological warfare department.
