"Ventura is a master with a capital M. He sees football through unique eyes."
"Every time I go to Africa, there's always something that touches my heart. Everyone cries about its poverty, and we pretend to ignore that it's the rich countries that are preventing this continent from developing. Africa is a dirty business."
"At Juventus, I found a mentality that you see in few other clubs. Behind the successes, there is an obsessive attention to detail. Nothing is left to chance. It's an incredible club."
"Conte is phenomenal. He's the coach of intensity. He leads men, not prima donnas. He keeps you on your toes because he believes that's the best strategy to always get the most out of you."
"I played a lot with Torino, even in the youth teams. On the Granata side, the derby is much more intense, both among the fans and the team. Probably because for the people it's the key match of the season, while for Juve it's just one of many important games. I still have a lot of friends in Turin, most of whom are Granata fans and suffer like crazy during the derby."

- Gopal Mukund Huddar
Largely because of the influence of communists in London, Huddar's conversion into an enthusiastic supporter of the fight against fascism was quick and smooth. The ease with which he crossed from one worldview to another betrays the fact that he had not properly understood the world he had grown in.
Huddar would have been 101 now had he been alive. But then centenaries are not celebrated only to register how old so and so would have been and when. They are usually celebrated to explore how much poorer our lives are without them. Maharashtrian public life is poorer without him. It is poorer for not having made the effort to recall an extraordinary life.
I regret I was not there to listen to Balaji Huddar's speech [...] No matter how many times you listen to him, his speeches are so delightful that you feel like listening to them again and again.
By the time he came out of Franco's prison, Huddar had relinquished many of his old ideas. He displayed a worldview completely different from that of the RSS, even though he continued to remain deferential to Hedgewar and maintained a personal relationship with him.
