Caradoc Vreichvras (Modern Welsh: Caradog Freichfras, 'Caradoc Strongarm') was a legendary ancestor to the kings of Gwent who is supposed to have lived during the 5th or 6th century. He is remembered in the as a , under the name Carados, often with the epithet Briefbras (French for 'Shortarm').
