Juan Gil de Zamora (Latin: Aegidius Zamorensis; c. 1240 – c. 1320) was a Castilian Franciscan friar and prolific writer of the literary circle around Alfonso X. He wrote hagiography, history, music theory, natural science, poetry and sermons.
