George E. Burch

George Edward Burch, M.D. (January 10, 1910 - April 15, 1986) was a physician-scientist best known for his contributions to diagnostic methods in cardiology. He served as long time chairman of the Department of Medicine at the Tulane University School of Medicine. Burch was a member of the National Academy of Medicine.
